Q. What is the refund policy?
**All rental fees are paid in advance of booking.
**Deposit due at time of pick up.
**No refund on any rentals, all sales are final. (no disputes or chargebacks will be tolerated)
Q. When does my rental time actually start?
**From the time of checkout and inspection.
Q. Are vehicles insured and registered?
**Slingshot rentals require the purchase of third party insurance coverage for $35.
**Car Rentals Require Major Credit Card and Clients proof of personal insurance coverage will be required with coverages for rental vehicles in declaration page.
Q. What if I damage or total a rental?
**Deep scratches longer than 4 inches on the body $250, rock dings larger than a nickel $250, Rim scrapes longer than 1 inch $250, bumper scrapes $250, broken mirror $250, cracked armrest $250, broken locks on glove box or cubby $250, broken windshield $500, cracked headlight/taillights $500,low bumper guard $500, burnt tires $1000, damaged cracked or bent rims $650 per rim not including tire replacement.
**Renter is responsible for $1000 insurance deductible if damage requires insurance claim.
**Totaled vehicles are subject to an additional $1500 replacement fee ($2500 total charged to customer).
**Any deductibles will be charged to the card on file with rental company.
**Excessive roughness to vehicles will not be tolerated (any signs or alerts of such behavior will have your rental terminated immediatly with no refund)
Q. Does rentals require drivers license?
**Yes all rentals require VALID and UNEXPIRED government issued drivers license. Drivers license will be validated and authenicated.
Q. Do I have to wear a helmet?
**Helmet optional while operating Polaris Slingshot with clear windscreen protection in Nevada but strongly encouraged when driving or riding any recreational vehicle.
**Helmet is mandatory while operating scooters, mopeds or trike bikes.
Q. Do I have to sign a liability waiver?
**All liability waivers will be e-signed during reservation process.
Q. How old do you have to be to rent a slingshot?
**25+ years of age
**If you are over 21 years of age but under 25 years of age, feel free to inquire about our Over/Under fee starting at $69 extra fee and subject to additonal deposits.
Q. Where are you located?
**S Las Vegas Blvd and E Cactus Ave.
**Delivery fees apply for hotel, airport or location of your choice within Las Vegas Blvd STRIP.
Q. Can Vehicles be driven outside of Southern Las Vegas Valley?
**No.
**Please do not drive outside of Southern Nevada.
**Do not travel to Reno, California, Arizona or Utah.
Q. How many miles can I drive rental per day?
**150 miles per day usage included in initial rental price.
Q. How much is is if I go over the daily milage?
**$1.09 for each additional mile
Q. Am I the client responsible for parking while using rental?
**Parking is the responsibility of the renter, please make sure you are parking equipment in a PAID & SECURED lot. (You will be responsible for ANY damage, theft or vandalism).
Q. Am I the client responsible for towing or booting fees?
**Client is responsible for any and all damages, fees and fines shall any equipment/vehicle be towed or booted.
Q. Am I the client responsible for damages if rental is towed or booted?
**Damages that occur from towing or booting will be the sole responsibility of the client.
TICKETS AND EXCESSIVE SPEEDING
**Any tickets or traffic citations will be the sole responsibility of the rental client.
**All equipment has GPS and speed tracking, driving in excessive speeds will terminate your rental without refund.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit to rent?
**$500 rental deposit due at pick up or delivery (major credit cards).
Q. When will my deposit be refunded?
** $500 rental deposit will be bank processed within 3-5 business days, given that no damages occurred during your rental.
Q. Can I cancel my reservation anytime?
**Free cancellation will be honored 14 days before your reservation for advance early reservations.
**After 14 days client will be subject to forfeiture of rental payment.
**Clients that book less than 14 days in advance or same day will be subject to %100 forfeiture of rental cost.
Q. Can I smoke in vehicles or while operating vehicles?
**No smoking or vaping (any such evidence will result in $250 smoking fee, no burn holes or ashes should be in any vehicles).
Q. Can I have drinks, beer or open containers in vehicles?
**Alcohol use while inside, riding on or operating any equipment will terminate your rental without refund.
Q. What, should I do if I left something in a rental?
**Shall client leave anything in vehicles or in equipment carriages, they will have 24hours to return to lost and found too retrieve. For any traveling clients, after specifically identifying lost items will have to pay $25 fee plus shipping cost to have lost item sent to them. Anything left or undeclared after 24 hours is not the responsibility of the owner or business entity.
